The right question:

1. What stock you want to buy

2. For how long yow want to hold it?

3. What was 52 low & high?

4. What price you expect it to reach?

5. Look at the 2 years chart - Due to low & high values - does target price make sense?

6. How many per cent you want to make? Does it worth the risk?

7. Is market's trend is up or down?

8. Have you look at the big chart?

9. Do you see a nice X at the MACD?

10. Are all indicators are showing future rise in the price?

11. Are other charts supporting BUY

12. Any important events are coming, like earnings, quarter report that may effect prices?

13. Is the stock's sector's trend is up or down?

14. BigChart: Does the upper side of the pipeline support the target price's estimate?

15. Look at 10 years chart, ask yourself:
    are we at top of the pipe? if yes - does it have a reason to rise above it?
    are we at the Bottom of the pipe? Is it the turning point toward higher prices?

16. Look at 2 years: if the chart slips down, do all conditions for change direction are there?
