Saving your information on a generic document is OK?

Using  generic word processor files to save Website Related Information is very much the only choice you've had - so far.

The vulnerable side of this approach is that each time when you create a new site, you are creating a new document, and save there the information you have at the time.

  • The format of the document you create is in different form each time.

  • There is no validation of the information - for example verifying that nothing was forgotten.

  • Sorting names alphabetically is hard, what makes names searching even harder afterward.

  • Finding those documents after time is hard, sometimes impossible, for you change computer, save it in different places, or simply delete it for you thought it is no longer important...
